changing user profile

I accidentally changed the owner user profile to limited
from admininstrative. There are no options given to
change it back. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Log in as another profile that has Administrator access.
Then go to User Accounts in Control Panel.
Select the profile.
Click "Change account type"

There are no other user profiles and I can't add one
since I don't have administrative status.

Reboot, tapping F8 each second.
Choose Safe Mode at the menu.
Select Administrator.
Leave password blank.
Then go to User Accounts and Change account type.
