Changing User Name

I recently purchased a second-hand PC with included pre-
loaded XP Home. I can change the name of the
User/Administrator on the log-in page, however many files
(including "My Documents") are still named after the
original owner. Anyone know how I go about changing them?

You will need to create another/new profile to have that changed.
