Changing set-up adminstrator account

I recently purchased a second-hand PC with included XP
Home. I can change the name of the User/Administrator on
the log-in page, however many files (including "My
Documents") are still named after the original owner.
Anyone know how I go about changing them?

Terry;
The easy way is to create a new profile and copy the data from old to
new profile.
Then when you are sure you have all you need, delete the old profile.
