Changing time duration for pictures & audio clips

Is there a way to adjust clips by smaller increments? I want to cut less
than a second off of the end of a song clip, but when I manually drag the end
of the clip it only moves in 4 second increments. The same is true for when
I try to lengthen the picture clips.

4 second increments? Are you sure you don't mean 4/100 of a second
increments?
Try zooming in on the timeline by clicking the zoom in button or by hitting
[Pg Dn].

That did it! I didn't notice the zoom in and out buttons. Because it was
zoomed out, the clips would only increase or decrease at 4 second intervals.
But once I zoomed in, I was able to adjust them like I wanted to.

Thanks
