Changing the update site

Hi,
I have a typical requirement. I do not want all my
machines to use internet to get updated automatically. I
want to download the updates to one machine and the other
machines should contact my own server for the updates. By
this way i can conserve my bandwidth also. How can I
accomplish this? Thanks in advance
