I have a computer that has a terrible clock in it. I
would like to define how often Windows Time Service
updates the clock from the NIST. I can not find a place
to schedule or edit the schedule of this function. Any
ideas???

Hi

**Please backup the Registry before this manual edit**

Navigate to the following key in the Registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\TimeProviders\NtpClient (SpecialPollInterval)

and double click on SpecialPollInterval in the right hand pane. The decimal value is in seconds and the default is 604800 (one week). You can change the value to whatever you like. I have mine set to 86400 (24 hours).
