I have a workbook that I need to change the name of when I send it out. The
working workbook is lets say "david's Team" I need it to go out as "NBO
Team". Can this be done?

David,

The name of a workbook is its file name. You can't change the name of a
workbook unless you do a SaveAs or SaveCopyAs.

If the file is closed, you can change the file name in Windows Explorer.
Right-click the file and select Rename on the popup menu.
