Changing the MSGINA.DLL

Hi Guys i was wondering if Microsoft allow changing this
file to have, for example a companys logo instead of the
windowsxp logo at the top of the ctrl-alt-del window?
Does any one know?

Hi,
Try this freeware program, it allows you to modify the
content of M$ system files.

http://www.users.on.net/johnson/resourcehacker/reshack.zip

Just unzip, run the .exe, and open up your msgina.dll
file. Then replace the pics with what pics you would
like to use.

Thanks I know how to change it - just wondering on the
legal side
