Changing the look of a picture

i would like to take the background off my picture? To make my question more
clear, I would like to make the background of a person's picture white.

FrontPage is a tool set for working with webs and web pages. It is not an
image editor, which is what you need. If you so desire and cannot afford
one, one will be appointed to you free of charge by your operating system:
Windows Paint.

You need to use a good image editor for this...like Photoshop. Best to find someone (ahem) who's really good at this, or it may take you weeks to do it if your not up to speed with image editing.
