Hi

You can't change the Language of XP. You would have to purchase an English
Retail XP CD. You can then either install that instead of the French
version
or dual boot both.

You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the OS to
another, so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of WinXP
(in whatever language you want) to perform a clean installation.

It only can be achieved by using MUI package. It only works to change the language of an English interface to another (well not to every language but many of them)... but in the other hand MUI package is not sold to end user and is more expensive than a new copy of XP in the language involved!
