Changing the language of Windows from Spanish to English

I moved from the US to Mexico last year. My pc crashed recently and the tech
that re-installed Windows did so in Spanish....how can I change the language
back to English?

You can't change the language of Windows.
You will need to use your Windows XP English and perform a Clean
Installation of Windows XP English.
