Changing the language I see windows in inc.. all the menu's

Hi.
I want to change the langage i see windows in. Including all the start menu
functions and control panel etc. I have windows XP Home (english) installed
but i want to change it all to Ukrainian... Not just the typing and currency
etc but the whole look. I have used it in Ukraine before but i am not sure
how to change it over... has anyone done this please email me

One cannot change the Graphical User Interface
(GUI) language of Windows XP Home Edition.
You'll need to purchase a "Full Version" of
Ukrainian Windows XP and perform a "Clean Install".

Regarding your statement -quote "I have used it in Ukraine before...." Was
this the same computer you are now using?
 
No, I mean i have used windows with Ukrainian language before... when i was
in ukraine so i knew there was a Ukrainian version or update floating around..

I just want to know if i can get Ukrainain on here withought spending all
this cash on a new OS CD
