Changing the font style and size.

Can someone tell me how I change the style of font on programmes in
Windows
etc and the size of the font in the taskbar. I have XP. I have been to
displays on the control panel but I get lost there.
I would appreciate help.
 
Return to Display in Control Panel, go to the Settings tab, click Advanced,
on the General tab, use the DPI settings to change the font sizes.
