Changing the Filing System on Hard drive

I have two hard drives and when I installed Windows XP my
one drive loaded as a NTFS and the other one loaded as a
FAT32. Can I change the FAT32 to an NTFS without

sure you can. open a dos prompt and type convert /? you'll see all the
instructions you need to convert the fat32 file to ntfs.

Yes, you can convert FAT or FAT 32 to NTFS
however you can't change NTFS to FAT or FAT32 so there is no going back.

You can safely convert your hard drive to NTFS whenever desired,
without having to format the partition and reinstall everything. As
always when performing any serious changes, back up any important data
before proceeding, just in case. A little advance preparation is also
strongly recommended, so you can avoid any performance hits caused by
the default cluster size:
