Changing the color of a group folder

In Outlook 2003 when you create a New Folder, can you change the color of
that folder? Also, can you change what it looks like? I maybe over looking
something that is so easy to do.

You can't use colors on folders....but I'm not sure what you mean by
changing what it looks like. What is it you're trying to do?
