Changing text from lower to higher case

I have a list of titles some in higher case, I want to change these into
lower case without re typing them is this possible?
 
In Word 2003 or earlier, select the text, and either click on Format |
Change Case, or press Shift+F3 repeatedly to cycle through the available
cases.
 
In Word 2007 Change case is on the Home Tab - and Shift+F3 still works.
