Changing start menu layout

Just upgraded to XP Pro. Is there any way I can keep XP
but give the start menu toolbar the layout in previous
versions of windows.

Right-click on the Taskbar and select:
Properties > Start Menu (tab) > Classic Start Menu (check)
and click "apply".
