Changing sort order for sent items

Am using Office 2007 and cannot get the sort order in the email sent items to
sort by "To". It sorts by the other fields, but when I want to sort by "To"
it sorts by "From". Have run scanpst and office diagnosis program without
success. Is it a bad install?

Thanks in advance.

How exactly are you sorting then? Steps to reproduce?
View-> Arrange By-> To should do the trick.

That is the problem. If I go to view>arrange by> to, it sorts by from. If I
go to view>arrange by> from, or date, or any other sort field it does what I
ask. It simply will not sort by the "To" field.

Thanks.

Do you have to "To" column visible in your view? If you have grouping
enabled the "To" address will also be in the group header.
