Changing shortcut

Today my Internet Explorer seems to have been highjacked
by a program called "I-lookup.com" and I can't get rid of
it. When I click on my Internet Explorer icon, the
shortcut information under "Start In" is C:\Documents and
Settings\karmiron. MS Explorer Search on that file name
turns up no results.

I-lookup has also installed a tool bar that automatically
opens a Paris Hilton page, a Browser Cleanup page,
another pornographic site, a Popup Blocker, etc.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? My preferred
home page is www.msn.com. How can I get back to
normal?! I've spent hours trying to delete this program
and all its tentacles.
