internet explorer

i am having a problem with the internet explorer.
when i click on the icon, my home page is changed
to i-lookup.com, my list of favorite sites is expanded
to include a bunch of unwanted porn sites, gaming sites,
etc. and a tool bar is added near the top of the browser
for i-lookup.com with icons for several of its sites.

i change my home page to msn.com, delete the unwanted
sites from the favorites list, and remove the i-lookup.com
bar.

after i close the explorer and reopen it, all of the
above reappear.

please help me to get rid of whatever is causing the
problem.
