changing settings

i want to change my home page and clear my history but
the internet options under tools doesn't allow me to
anymore. I don't get a window that has a general tab i
get a differnt window now. How do i get the one with the
general tab back

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
