Changing Registered name

Is there a way to change the name and company to whom Windows is registered
to and the computer name, other than reformatting the Hard Drive and
reinstalling Windows?

The computer name can be changed by going to Start -> Control
Panel -> System and clicking on the Computer Name tab. Click on
the Change button and enter whatever name you want in the box
that pops up. Reboot and check to make sure the change has been
applied correctly.
