god! i've tried doing that for the last 2 hours!

When i replay to an email with a subject, for example "Hi man!"
the subject in my replay will be "Re: Hi man!"

i want to change the Re: to something else, how do i do that?

i found where to change it, under tools, forms, design forms. but
after i publish my form with the changes i made in the RE and FW and
save it i don't know where to instruct outlook to use my form and not
the standart IPM.note when replying to an email

plus, i've tried "Once you've published the form, right-click on the
Contact folder or its Outlook Bar icon. Choose Properties. Then,
select your form from the When posting to this folder list."
but it desn't effect the "reply" action (i've switched wll the folders
to use my custom form.

If he doesn't do it manually, you might want to ask him how.
it was a while back... thought that someone knows how to do it..
if no one knows im guessing that he did it manually or with a 3rd
party software,
