Auto Forward Rule without "FW"

I would like to setup a rule to auto forward a list of recipients
without the "FW" tag in the subject line.

I don't want to "Redirect", meaning I still want people to reply to me.

I just don't want the "FW:" tag to appear in the subject line when the
emails are forwarded.

I am using Outlook 2003 Professional, not exchange.

Can anyone assist?

Thanks,

Max

you'd need to create a custom form and remove the FW from it then set it as
the default form.

Great! Thank you for the reply.

Alright I've set up my form, I have published it in my Users Folder.

Now how do I make it the default message form? I've spent hours trying
to find a thread, and googled my way everywhere to try and replace the
default message.

Somehow, I don't think it's possible to do it without Exchange.

Any ideas?

thanks,

I dont think there is direct method to acheive this.

Once you have saved your customized form, you can click on new button and
then select "Choos Form" and then point to the customized form.

Apart from this, another workaound would be to create a button and the
hyperlink set as the link to the location where the customized form is
stored.

Hope this helps!!!
