Changing Radeon Cards

I'm contemplating upgrading my AIW7500 to an AIW9600 Pro.

I take it it's recommeded I uninstall everything and reinstall, right?
Or can I just pop the card out and pop the new one in?

Uninstall and reinstall everything. The drivers configure themselves
slightly differently depending on the card. It's also a good idea to
reinstall chipset AGP drivers and DX9.
