Changing programs from drive c to drive d dosnt help me freeing an

Hello Everyone:
I change programs fromdrive C to drive D and this didnt help me free any
space on drive C, please help
 
Explain what you did, the word change does not tell us nothing?

Did you copy and paste or cut and paste.
 
Well, neither, I did unistall I-tunes from drive C and reinstall it on drive
D, but this did'nt seem to help, i even lost more space after doing that, I
did even delete programs that I used to use to help with this problem but it
seem that the more programs I delete the less space I do have on drive C, its
very frustating please help
