Changing passwords

I have a secured database (Not showing normal Access toolbars) and want to
allow uses to change there own passwords. How can I create a command button
that opens the change password dialog box?

If you are using user level security, the process will need to be
initiated by someone with full administrator rights. The user themselves
will not be able to do it.
