Changing password

I need to change a password but am unable to open as exclusive. When I click on the right of open I only get open and read only. What do I need to do?

Its version 5.0.2195 service pack 3 build 2195. extension .mdb

What version of Access? i.e. Help About will tell you this. There was
never a version 5 of Access.

Thanks. That's Access 2000. You should ensure that you have updated to the
latest service packs. You can go to Office Update and have it search for
updates for you.

Are the 'Open Exclusive' and 'Open Exclusive Read Only' items there but
disabled? Or are they missing altogether?

If they are just disabled, perhaps someone else has it opened.
