Changing pages within a notebook

Instead of using the tabs at the bottom of the sheets to locate the sheet you
want and move there, is there a way to set up a dialog box that we can type
the name of the sheet into to call up that sheet?
 
Did you know that you could rightclick on the VCR controls (to the left of the
worksheet tabs) and get a complete list to select from?
