Changing Outlook Calendar View

I normally view calendar in Day/Week/Month view. Recently
the formatting of that window changed for unknown reasons,
reducing the width of the task pad and so much that the
entries are unintelligible on the window. I can drag the
boundaries to change width on the other columns in this
view but not the one between calendar and task pad. Is
there a way to customize the view in this respect?

I have the same problem. Only my tasks show up in my
Outlook 2003 and my calender with week or monthly view is
nowhere to be found. Anyone know how to change this?

If you hover the cursor over the separator, do you get the double arrows?
If yes, then drag to the left.

I do get the double arrow in "Day/Week/Month" view. I
drag, and almost always the separator between the calendar
and the task bar remains fixed. I can freely move, right
or left, the separators between the Outlook Bar and the
Folder List and between the Folder List and the Calendar.
One time,in "Day/Week/Month" view the separator between
the Calendar and the Task Bar moved right and seemed to
snap to a grid. Then I hovered the cursor over the
separator and it snapped back and has been stuck since.
I am thoroughly puzzled.

Since posting my last message, I have discovered that
there apparently is a grid set up for the separator
between the task pad and the calendar in this view. I
have found the separator will not follow the double arrow
until the double arrow gets over one of the grid settings
and then it snaps to that position. If you are able to
get the double arrow by hovering over the separator, try
moving it right until it snaps into position.
Another of the little traps MS has placed for those not
intimate with the source code.
