Changing of local Admin password by GPO or script in AD

Hello,

Is it possible to change local admin password on all
workstations under specified OU in AD by GPO or script?

No you can not change passwords trough GPO, but there is a utility, which
allows you to do a bulk password change on local computers on your network

Yes you can the local admin password we use a utility called cusrmgr.exe.
we run it as a startup script applying to machines
 
Yes trough startup script you can do it, I was refering to if there is a
direct GPO settings that would allow you to do this. Thanks for pointing
this out.
