Changing O/S language

Does anyone know of a download to change the O/S from
English to French? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Hi

You cannot change the language of XP. You will have to purchase a French
retail version of XP. You can then either install the French version over
the English one or dual boot both langauges.
 
No download available.. you will have to do a clean install with a French
version of XP that you have 'purchased'..
