Changing my settings

Hi
I need help,I need to use a www. site to send an e-mail, but something in
security of my computer will not allow me
the site I need to use is www.bfpo.org.uk a site for families to use when
people are in Iraq
Anny help would be appreciated

Is it an Active X not being allowed? Do you get a yellow bar at the top of the window below the toolbar? If so, clicking on the yellow bar will give you options, one being Allow.
