Changing multiple contacts

Does anyone have experience in changing the fields of multiple contacts at
the same time. BCM will not allow me to modify addresses ( a company with 40
contacts has moved) in any of the views. I have tried everything from moving
all contacts to be modified from BCM to Contacts, attempting to change the
address for all 40 contacts, then back. No luck modifying the contacts with
cut/paste in a table view (phone log). Is it possible that BCM is so poorly
designed that a simple task like modifying a group of records doesn't exist?

Hi TJ,

This is not currently supported. This suggestion will be discussed for
future versions. Thank you for the suggestion.

TJ:

Setup a view in the Business Contacts list to Group By "Business Address".
This is the complete address block. To make it easier to see, click on
View, Expand/Collapse Groups, Collapse All Groups. Change one contact to
the new address. It now has a separate grouping with the new address.
Highlight the other 39 and drag them to the new address group and it will
change the whole address block at once.

HTH,
Lon
