Changing Mail In Windows Vista

Does anyone know how i can change the appearance of my windows mail in Vista?
 
Throw paint over your monitor. All mails will have a different appearance.

In what manner?

View | Layout and Customize Toolbar button are about it.
 
thanks for the response. i meant in its actual apprearance colors/themes and
such.
 
Not without changing the overall Vista theme.
