changing M3U's to .WAV

I cannot remember how to change file types. Can you help me? trying to change
M3U to .WAV

M3U is a playlist type of file, used most commonly with Winamp. Why do you
want to change it to a wav file ?

Do you mean mp3 files ?

If so Audacity (free) will do the job nicely or Goldwave (paying). A little
Googling will find them easily enough.
