changing languages

What can I do to be able to switch back and forth between
English and Korean. I want to be able to type and read
emails in Korean, but be able to switch back to English
when I'm thru with that.
 
Click start/control panel/Regional and Language options
Select Language TAB
Click Details
Click ADD
Now you can add an additional language and keyboard
layout to your machine.
Works great! I use it to switch between English and
Russian in all applications.
