Changing language of operating system

I want to change the language on my operating system to English from Korean.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Please help!
 
You need to buy the local version of Windows.

Using an International English version will only provide fonts to display the Korean language in websites with that language and not the text and labels etc on the user interface.
