Changing IP address of two DC's that are also DNS Servers

Hey Guys,

Im moving two Active Directory Domain Controllers (Windows 2003 Server) that
are also Active Directory Intergrated DNS Servers to anohter location. Is
there anything particular I have to do when changing their IP Addresses; or
is it just a matter of changing the IP and everything will update its self.

Thanks,
Shannon

You shouldn't double post, just include all the NG's in the Newsgroup
desination and seperate with a ;. That way an answer in one NG will
propogate to all that you posed and people don't waste their time
reanswering a question.

From the server.active_directory NG.

All your clients will probably be pointing to your dns server, even if they
are dhcp they won't immediately get the new address for the dns ip address.
So if the clients don't know how to get to your dns server they won't be
able to logon to the domain. If they aren't dhcp then you will have to
visit all of your clients and repoint them to the new dns server, if they
are dhcp then change the dns option and have all your clients release and
renew.
