Changing idle logout settings?

OK, I sign in and then use my computer for a period of time. Then I go away
from my desk for a while and when I return the system has timed me out of my
session thus requiring that I login again with my password.
I want to avoid this happening by changing the 'idle' logout setting time
from what seems to be about 15 minutes to something more convenient, say one
hour or more.
How do I do this? I just can't seem to be able to find the right place in
the system to make the adjustment. I'm getting exasperated by it. HELP!!

Right click on the desktop and select Properties.
On the Screensaver tab you will see the number of minutes in a box labelled
Wait.
Change it to the value you want.
