Changing homepage?

Hi Group,
I'm having trouble with my homepage changing every time I open my browser. I
have done every bit of maintenance I can think of. I've cleared history,
cookies, everything. I use Spybot and I even run it 5-6 times in a row and
delete everything it finds. No matter what I set my homepage to, it always
resets to http://searchpage.cc/1526/ . I don't know if that helps or not.
Any help will be appreciated.
