Changing forms

I set my database to open straight to switchboard to stop other people being
able to view and amend the source tables etc. I now need to change a form
and can't get back into it at all, almost all the main toolbox options are no
longer available and I can't right click on the the form to open the design
view

Hold shift when you open the file.
