Hello. I would like to change the font size & color under the icons on my
desktop. Is this possible? I have Windows XP

Control Panel > Display > Appearance tab > Advanced bar (lower-right). Next
dialog box: click on upside-down triangle next to Item (lower-left), then in
drop-down list, click on Icon. This gets all applicable settings, including
font, its size, etc. CAUTION: Write down present settings here before
changes are made; you can always restore them using above path. Then select
what you want to try for a font size. Sorry, unless others know
differently, color may not be able to be changed, at least by the above
method as that option is greyed out.

When done, OK, then Apply, OK.

Thank you, but this only changed my font size on my task bar & the color of
it. I appreciate the reply though.

Thank you for replying, I tried that and it only changed the font size & the
color of my task bar, not the font size or color of the words under the
icons.

Yerr welcum :) I use this often as I have vision problems.

As to font color, sorry, that's not in my area of "expertise". Others may
know.
