Desktop Font Color

I am trying to change the color of my desktop font. I have gone to Control
Panel-Display-Appearance-Advanced-Icons, and found that I can change the font
type and size, but the color option is not available. Any ideas?

There is no way to do this in XP as it is supplied.. there may be third
party programs around but I do not know of any..
