Changing font on work.

How do i change font on all text except heading and subheadings without doing
it paragraph by paragraph?

Well, ideally you have used styles, which would allow this to be done in one
step. See the four links under Styles in MS Word at this page:

If the headings are in a different style you can just modify the style the
body text is in.
