Changing font causes Word 97 to shut down.

This is a new problem. I installed Office 97 in my new Dell and I installed
Office SR 1, 2 and 2b as well as Word Viewer 2003 update. It all worked for a
while. but now attempts to print or to change the font causes Word 97 to shut
down and go through the Report Problem routine. Occasionally it also happens
during the typing process. Any ideas?

Font problems usually indicate a problem with the printer driver. Try
deleting and reinstalling the printer. Beyond that, see
