Changing folder templates in subdirectories of MY PICTURES

I would like to view subfolders of the "My Pictures" subfolder as
"thumbnails" rather than "details". I can change the folders one at a time by
using the PICTURES folder type in PROPERTIES>CUSTOMIZE, but I have LOTS of
them and would like to change them all at once. There is a checkbox to "Also
apply
this template to all subfolders" in PROPERTIES>CUSTOMIZE, but when I check
it nothing happens. Any advice?

Thanks.

Try these steps...

Open one folder and go to...

View / Thumbnails...

Now, while the same folder is open...go to...

Tools / Folder Options / View tab /
Apply To All Folders button / Apply / OK.

I ran across this, but when you look at "What's this" for this option it says:

"Click to apply the current folder view to ALL FOLDERS IN YOUR COMPUTER."

[emphasis added]

I don't want to change EVERY FOLDER, just the ones in My Pictures.

The screaming is not necessary.

Ok...you'll have to do them one at a time.
