Changing Folder Icons Programmatically?

I have a client that wants me to create an addin that allows users to change
the folder icons in outlook 2003. i have outlook spy and have done lots of
searching....i have been unable to find out how to do it. any help would be
greatly appreciated.

the addin will most likely be in c#, but i can use vb or vba as well.

Can't do that... The folder icon is determined by its type (mail, contact,
etc) or whether it is one of the default folders (Outbox, Inbox, etc).
