changing default measurement in powerpoint 2003 (ie. cm to inches

i have a presentation created by another user. in the page setup the custom
measurment is showing centimeters. can/how do i chnage it to inches?
 
Go to the Control Panel in Windows and set the units of measurement withing
Regional and Language Settings.
