Changing default keyboard language for ALL present & future profiles

Hi,

I would like to change the default keyboard layout to Spanish for all
profiles, instead of current situation when I add a new user I have to
change keyboard language.

Any help appreciated.

You may use the above information to customize the Default User profile template, so that the changes are reflectd for future user accounts.
